Outbound review
New leads and follow-ups, each with Kiwi's fit check and a draft, sent only after one person says yes.
Outbound at volume is either reviewed by hand, which caps how much goes out, or not reviewed at all, which is how the wrong message reaches the wrong person.
Kiwi finds the people you have not written to yet, checks each against who you sell to, drafts the first message, and lays them out for one person to approve or decline. A decline teaches it who to skip.

| Ana Ruiz, RevOps Lead, Brightline Data | Hiring two AEs; their CRM and LinkedIn disagree on stage | Congrats on the new AE roles. When the team grows, the CRM drifts first… | Approve · Decline |
