Privacy policy
Kiwi is an agent IDE for teams, in private beta, run by the Kiwi team. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language, because that’s how we write everything.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist:your email address, your name, and where you work if you choose to share it. That’s all.
If you use Kiwi in the beta: your account email, the skills and workflows you create, the runs they produce, and the meeting notes and action items sent by any integration you connect, like Granola, so your agents can work from them.
We also collect limited product-usage events, such as signing in, starting or approving a run, accepting a suggestion, connecting an integration, and the outcome category when Agent setup finishes. Analytics events use an internal account identifier. We do not send run and step content, source URLs, meeting notes, transcripts, Agent instructions, destination names, error details, or integration payloads to analytics.
For AI-powered features, we collect limited operational metadata, such as the provider and model, operation type, token counts, request duration, request settings, completion status, and error category. We do not send prompts, model responses, run or meeting content, email drafts, tool inputs or outputs, or error messages to PostHog.
What we use it for
Waitlist details are used for one thing: emailing you when your spot opens. Beta data is used to run and improve the product, including understanding which workflows are useful and where people get stuck. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t use your runs or notes to train AI models.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to operate, like hosting, email delivery, and PostHog for the limited product analytics and AI operational metadata described above, under agreements that limit them to working for us. If you connect an integration, data flows between Kiwi and that service only because you asked it to; disconnecting stops it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until you’re admitted or you ask us to remove you. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of you closing it.
Your choices
Email us and we’ll show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, usually within a few days, at most 30. If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, these are your legal rights (access, correction, deletion, portability); we honor them for everyone regardless.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. PostHog is configured without analytics cookies and keeps a pseudonymous identifier in browser local storage. We do not use advertising trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll email beta users and note the new date above. No silent edits.
